Shipping & Returns
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (depending on stock, viral & travel). Please allow10-14 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method. If you need your order quickly, contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
If you need your order by a certain date, please email me at nicollette@thenicollettelane.com with your order number or the items you want to order and the full shipping address.
I use USPS or UPS for a shipping service. I will also use UPS for international service. You will get an email for tracking. The title of the email will be "Your shipment from The Nicollette Lane is on its way!".
International Orders
We are happy to ship worldwide! Please note:
- Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees charged by your country upon delivery. These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Delays: Customs processing times can vary by country and may affect delivery estimates.

Refused Packages: If you refuse to pay duties or taxes and the package is returned to us, we can issue a refund for the product cost only (shipping charges are non-refundable).
Return Policy
30-Day Return PolicyWe want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for eligible items.
- All products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
- Returns must include any original parts, cords, controls, and accessories.
- Lingerie must be unworn, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached.
Due to the intimate nature of our product line, opened or used items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy ensures the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and employees.
If products were purchased at an party/event there is a 20% restocking fee.
Product Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All products include a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects or material issues that affect functionality, valid from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic deterioration
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper storage
- Products that have been taken apart or tampered with
If you believe your product has a defect within the warranty period, please contact us at nicollette@thenicollettelane.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the warranty process.
Non-Returnable Items:
For clarity, the following are always final sale:
- Opened or used products
- Lubricants, oils, bath and body items
- Clearance or discounted items marked “final sale”
Party Deposit
Weekend (Fri-Sun) parties require a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold your date. Deposit is returned to you in form of a credit on your order at the party when held on the original date. If party date is changed within 3 weeks of your party or if the party is cancelled by you, the deposit is forfeited. After choosing your date, I will contact you regarding the deposit.
