**If ordering outside of the United States, import duties and taxes could be incurred**

I am a one woman show. I personally package and ship all orders. I am usually pretty good at getting orders shipped out rather quickly 2-3 business days (depending on stock, viral  & travel) but please allow up to 10-14 business days to receive your order.  Keep in mind that things like holiday closures and weather across the country could delay shipping times. It is out of my control once it is in USPS's or UPS's hands. 

If you need your order by a certain date, please email me at nicollette@thenicollettelane.com with your order number or the items you want to order and the full shipping address. 

I use USPS or UPS for a shipping service. I will also use UPS for international service. You will get an email for tracking. The title of the email will be "Your shipment from The Nicollette Lane is on its way!".

Heads Up on Sales Tax 

Right now, we only collect sales tax in states where we legally have to (aka the ones where we've hit that magical nexus threshold).

If you don’t see tax added at checkout, it’s not a glitch—it just means your state isn’t on our list (yet). That said, your state might still want their cut, so check in with your local tax folks or a tax pro if you’re unsure.
