These Terms & Conditions govern participation in The Nicollette Lane Fast Lane Membership. By purchasing or using this membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Membership Overview

The Fast Lane Membership is a subscription service offered by The Nicollette Lane that provides members with certain benefits, including free shipping on eligible orders and early access to select product releases.

Membership is billed at $29.99 every ninety (90) days and renews automatically unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

2. Billing & Automatic Renewal

By purchasing the Fast Lane Membership, you authorize The Nicollette Lane to charge the payment method on file $29.99 every 90 days.

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each 90-day billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

The Nicollette Lane reserves the right to change membership pricing. Any price changes will apply to future billing cycles.

3. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their Fast Lane Membership at any time.

  • Cancellation will stop future renewals.
  • Your membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by law.

4. Free Shipping Benefit

Fast Lane Members receive free standard shipping on eligible orders placed during an active membership period.

Conditions include:

  • Applies only to orders placed directly through The Nicollette Lane website.
  • Applies to standard shipping within the United States unless otherwise stated.
  • Expedited shipping options may require additional fees.

The Nicollette Lane reserves the right to modify shipping eligibility, carriers, or shipping methods.

5. Early Access Benefits

Fast Lane Members may receive exclusive early access to product launches, promotions, or collections.

Early access:

  • May vary by release
  • May be limited in quantity
  • Does not guarantee product availability

6. Account Responsibility

Membership benefits are tied to the registered customer account and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and securing login credentials.

7. Abuse or Misuse

The Nicollette Lane reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund if the program is abused, including but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misuse of shipping benefits
  • Violation of website policies

8. Changes to Membership Program

The Nicollette Lane reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Fast Lane Membership program or its benefits at any time.

Reasonable efforts will be made to notify members of material changes prior to renewal.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Nicollette Lane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Fast Lane Membership program.

  • How long does a party/event last?

    A party/event usually lasts about three hours. It might be shorter or longer, depending on how many questions you have for Nicollette—and how much fun you have!

  • What takes place at a party?

    Parties are a great way to get your girls together during the hustle and bustle of every day life. You will get to see, smell, touch and taste all of our current line, top selling products along side the best sex ed you never knew you needed. Think sex ed & comedy all in one!

  • What is the shopping process like?

    All shopping is 100% confidential. It takes place in Nicollette's Mobile Boutique Boujie B. Stocked & Ready for guest to shop & ask questions privately. It is important to communicate guest head count; so inventory can be ordered accordingly. Hoping that all guests go home with their goodies that night. All ordering is 100% confidental & all products always ship discreetly!

  • What does it cost to host a party/event?

    To secure your party date , a $50 non-refundable deposit is now required for all Friday to Sunday parties/events. This helps ensure I’m able to provide the best experience to committed hostesses and guests.

    Your $50 deposit must be paid within 72 hours of booking to hold your date.

    If the deposit is not received in that time, your date will be released and made available to others.

    This deposit is non-refundable, but you can earn it back in spending credit (the night/afternoon of your party)!

  • What if I need to cancel?

    If you need to cancel and provide at least 3 weeks’ notice, you’ll have the option to either reschedule your party or apply the $50 toward a product order. Refunds will not be issued in the form of cash.

    Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 3 weeks’ notice will forfeit the deposit completely, and cash refunds are not issued for any reason.
