Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will stop future renewals, but the current membership period will remain active until it expires.

Shipping Terms

Free shipping applies to standard shipping within the United States (48 states only; excludes Alaska & Hawaii) on eligible The Nicollette Lane orders placed during an active membership period.
